I tell ya if you can keep from drinking it as soon as it's done fermenting it really tastes better with alittle time under it's belt.. I did add alittle brown sugar so that's why the color is darker...Next 3 gallon batch has been in the fermentor for 2 months, just waiting to clear out some more bottles..
