1.075 reading will lead you to a potential of 10%

I know from my experience, just juice makes around 6% - 7% ABV depending on the juice. And it will be hard to determine the exact amount of sugar the berries will bring to the table so keep that in mind.

Thanks for the input everyone.

I think I will cut back to 2 cans of concentrate and see where my SG is with just that. I would rather error on the mild side so I have something drinkable within 6 months.
