Default Pear juice consistency of baby food

I used our Champion Juicer on 30 lbs of bartlets that we grew this year, and the juice is the thickness of baby food. I'm in the early k-meta phase, and have added a half ounce of powdered pectic enzyme.

Any suggestions on how to get the most juice from this must?

I"d probably toss all of the um, babyfood, into sanitized mesh bags. Then ferment just like any other fruit- the campden tablets in the must, the pectic enzyme, etc. I bet you'll get plenty of juice from it, even if it's pulpy right now.

You could stir hard daily, smooshing up the mesh bag a bit, and then when it's time to pull the fruit (about day 5), then let it hang and drain over the primary.
