Default Pacman for Graff?

I made a nice starter the other day from a few bottles of Rogue Shakespeare Stout and it's chugging along nicely. I was just trying my hand at propagating a little yeast with a new stir plate and it worked great.

All I have on hand is stuff to make a batch of Graff and I was wondering if anyone has tried it with Pacman.

I'm wondering how it would be and what kind of fermentation I could expect from this stuff. I know these beasties are pretty rowdy so I'm sure I'll need a blowoff tube.

Would love to hear any comments or thoughts.

I am drinking a glass of graff right now.
Had a bottle of rouge somer orange honey ale earlier today.
I was wondering the same thing. Pacman Graff? I've heard good things about pacman.
Maybe the harvested yeast from a somer orange honey ale would do wonders.
Possibly some honey added to the wort at knockout could be interesting.
I plan on keeping graff as one of my standby brews. Finishes quick. Tastes awesome!
