Default Only used 2 campden tablets for 2 1/2 gallons of unpasterized juice...

Will that be OK?

I left it in the mixture in the carboy for 24 hrs so far.

Im going to put in the liquid yeast.

Will all the wild yeast be gone?

I didnt want to put too many tablets in as I hear they can sometimes add a weird taste....

Please help!

thats lots , you did wait until Y pitched your yeast until 24 hrs after u threw in the campden. all is good now let the wee beasties do their work to show us how the make ALCOHOL. ahhaaaa haa ha

I have the WYeast Liquid smackpack.

I waited around 27 hours until I put the yeast into carboy along with some more yeast nutrient and some more sugar for the extra pasteurized gallons I added.

Its been 13 hours and its already slightly starting to bubble.

Yeah I love yeast.

My first beer im making is cool looking. Swampy and bubbling.

Never thought id love yeast so much! lol.
