Took the plunge and bought 5 gals of Mott's apple juice and Safale-04.
Sanitized everything, added the juice, shook it to death, added yeast nutrients (3 tsp) and pitched.
4 hours later it was bubbling and has been bubbling for the past 18 hours.
Was the easiest brew to put together and am thinking of trying different juices and yeast combos.
Just concerned about the temp. 72 is best I can do right now since my temp controlled freezer has 15 gals of beer working right now.
