Default My first batch started...

Anything special i should watch for? its filed up to the shoulder only, i didnt want to to blow....

Fermentation...or just leave it alone for a few weeks.

Wine yeast (which I think you mentioned in your other thread about this batch) usually doesn't produce much (if any) krausen, so you should be good.


Bacteria are the only culture some people have.
