Default My first Apfel!!

Just bottled my 1st batch and couldn't wait until it was carbonated to drink some. Great mild sweetness with 9.5% abv. Its not exactly EdWorts recipe, I used 5.5 gal Apple Juice, 2 lbs Brown sugar, and Nottingham Ale yeast.
5 weeks in fermenter, then right to the bottle. Its clear, great taste, and almost gone! Glad I have 5 gal more 2 weeks away!

How long did it take to complete? You drank it fresh? How did you bottle and carb? Interested in trying your recipe since dry, dry, dry isn't my thing.....however my wife might like the dry version!
