Default Making hard lemonade. Fermenting but no krausen....

Is that OK?

I have a batch fermenting away like crazy but this is the first time making a hard lemonade.

Theres no krausen head but its fizzing away.

Krausen is just protein foam. With only one pound of malt in the batch, you don't have much protein.

OK I guess there must be more protein in apple cider, as that went crazy on me one time. Had to use the blow off tube.
