Does anyone have any suggestions for a recipe to make a cider similar to kopparberg berry cider? I have attempted to make it twice now using a berry concentrate to back sweeten with dextrose. So far they have tasted great. But I was just curious if anyone else had any recipes they wanted to share.
5 gallons Santa Cruz organic apple juice
2 lbs dextrose
16 day primary
4 day secondary
Back sweetened with 5 oz dextrose
4.25 orchard berry concentrate
4-6 day charge at about 67 F
