I have just very recently started to brew beer and have a fancy to try other forms of brewing, in this case cider. What got me to thinking about this happened when I was walking through my local farmer market and saw them selling gallon jugs of cider and remembered some wonderful glasses of hard cider I had in England. My questions here are will these jugs of I guess what you could call soft cider be used to make hard cider they are also unpasturized. Secondly if someone could point me in the right direction for some reading material either in the forums here, Im having a bear of a time finding info with the search feature, or elsewhere on the internet.
