Default I think I have found my cider to mass produce

I just bottled my latest batch of cider about 15 days ago and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I still want to keep experimenting and trying new stuff but I might keep keep three better bottles full of this batch and use the fourth for new ideas. The ingredients are as follows:
4 gallons Cub Foods apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups sugar
1 jar orange blossom honey
around 1 and 1/2 gallons water
White labs sweet mead/wine yeast WLP720

It turned out pretty mellow with not a lot of sweetness but it's a great easy-to-drink summer cider. Plus I have found that my friends that have tried it completely underestimate the alc%. Is it wrong that it pleases me to watch my friends get really drunk off my cider?

  • Bottled: Orange Blossom Cider
  • Bottled: Scotch Oak Porter
  • Bottled:(for the last 4 months..be strong) Belgian Tripel
  • In the works: Cherrywood smoked orange blossom honey belgian yeast super experiment
  • Drinking: Jameson Whiskey

What a waste of water!!! HAHA!!

I have a similar recipe, but I don't add any water...just 5 gals of AJ.

Like I said...mellow, and cheaper plenty stong still

would almost any apple juice work? or is there something special about that brand?
