Yes that is what I have been doing and I am fairly confident in the brew I have ready for tomorrow night just looking for tips

I'm using edworts Apfelwein Recipe 5 Gallons 100% Apple Juice (No preservatives or additives) 2 pounds of dextrose (corn sugar) in one pound bags 1 five gram packet of Montrachet Wine Yeast... Just did fractions for the difference in size.
