Default hard apple juice from concentrate?

I know there is a lot of info here about this but I cant seem to find all the answers. I picked up some organic apple juice from concentrate and i'm wondering if the "from concentrate" will affect anything? I also have a few more questions. (1) Should I heat the juice up first? (2) Should I add suger and if so at what point does it need to be added? (3) Does it need to be back sweetened? I'm planning on using Nottingham yeast. Thanks

1. Its fine, just means they drew off the water to transport it by boat. 2. No heating required, let warm up to ambient room temp. 3. Sugar would only be needed if you wanted something higher than 6-7% alcohol by volume. 4. Do you like dry or sweet things? If sweet, then yes, read the sticky, if you like dry, then no.
