Dude, be ready to add more if you need it but you will have to taste how strong it is yourself, ginger is pretty strong and it not like its going to evaporate out overnight, if you need to add more freeze it and press out the juice so you wont be adding a bunch of bits and pieces you need to remove from the secondary.
