Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has any fruit cider recipes?

So far I have only tried an apple & raspberry cider.
I used 4 litres of apple juice and a tin of raspberrys I got from Sainsburys. I liquidised the raspberrys and added them to the demi-john with the apple juice and topped it up to 4.5 litres with more apple juice if required, and added a cider yeast. After about three weeks fermentation had stopped and I racked the cider into a fresh Demi-John to clear for a couple of weeks. Once cleared I siphoned them into grolsch style bottles and added half a teaspoon of sugar to every bottle and left them to prime.
End result = medium dry cider that had a pleasant hint of raspberrys, 4.5% - 5% ABV
