Default Frozen Juice?

Howdy all, I bought 5 gallons of fresh apple juice in jugs, and left them in my car for a couple days(wife didnt want em in the fridge till the holidays were over and i had time to deal with em). They ended up freezing into blocks. Ive got them defrosted now but was wondering if there was any major drawback to allowing the juice to freeze?

None at all. Most of the orchards keep their fresh pressed juice in the freezer so it doesn't start fermenting.

should be just fine as long as you completely thaw them before fermenting, and bring to room temp... good luck

Cheers

I usually freeze a few gallons so i can make cider in the spring. Go to it!
