I've never done cider..... I might have to give it a try.
Shouldn't be hard to find a good recipe but it seems like a couple cinnamon sticks in there and it would be good to go.
What sort of alcohol level would you expect from fresh non pasteurized apple cider fermented? I know that all apples aren't the same so all cider isn't the same, but an idea?
Going to my LHBS after work today to pick up a few things and I will be starting this tonight. I will update this thread on the progress. If anyone has any last minute changes or ideas please let me know now before I get started.
