SWMBO isn't a big fan of beer but she does like hard cider. I made my first foray into cider making today. Here is what I went with:

5 gallons of Musselman's apple cider
1 pint of amber caramel syrup from KingBrian's recipe
WLP002 English Ale yeast.

I am looking forward to trying it.

This will likely ferment out pretty dry. Plans to back sweeten? Or does the gf like the dry, English ciders?

She said that she wants it to be tart and not too sweet.
