Well I did it popped my cherry....... The only thing I had to do different was use champange yeast cause the lhbs was out of red star. Hopefully everything turns out. I made the yeast as the packet said 1/4 cup of 100 degree water and mix. I didnt dump it down the neck of the carboy cause I didnt read EdWorts Directions, again i hope it turns out !!!!! I have another batch ready to go with wyeast 3086.
