Default Farmers market SCORE !

Major score at the farmers market this weekend, fresh pressed local cider with Zero Chemicals! I Bought 6 gallons, pitched a camden tab Saturday & a packet of Nottingham on Sunday, Woke up to the sweet music of a bubbling airlock this morning. Looking forward to some killer Johnny Jump-up soon.

Skal !

Cool deal. We took our yearly trip to a small, local press. $10 later ($.50/gal pressing fee, $10 minimum...this year we only pressed ~7.5 gallons). I won't be fermenting any this year as I have almost 6 cases left from last year.

"a campden tab" or one for each gallon? You normally do one for each gallon.
