Default Cider w/ Montrachet

I bought cider instead of juice for my attempt at EdWort's apfelwein, and it's STILL going, coming up on 6 weeks, and there's still half decent airlock activity. I thought I could cycle this out of my carboy, but I'm just gonna toss it in the corner and buy another few vessels. When I do get around to bottling it, I'm debating just adding a gallon of apple juice or cider instead of priming sugar. Maybe honey?

Anyone else try this?

Sounds good! I used Splenda and sugar. Yummmmy!
