I want to do a cider that has a little cinnamin, some cloves, and maybe a little orange peel in it, but I don't know how much of each to add. I'm looking for a moderate spice taste, not overwhelming, and I'm only doing a one-gallon batch. Thanks!

just remember that cider takes a LONG time. The spiced cider batch I made needed atleast 6 months and is still getting better at 1year +
