Default Cider foaming to top of glass carboy

Just started fermenting cider a few days ago. Foam is building in the top of our glass carboy. Gas let-off is working, but maybe not at a fast enough rate? Should we be concerned?

You don't want the foam gettng inside your airlock. If it's getting that close, consider utilizing a blow off tube instead. Youtube or these forums have pictures and videos of good blowoff tube setups.
