My Cider which was bottled on Wednesday night. 5 gallons aj, 1 can fcaj, 5 lbs brown sugar, 2 packs ec 1118. It is still bubbling like crazy. 1 every 3 or 4 seconds. I'm not real concerned about it, but do you think this means it will be really strong? I don't open my bucket to sample, too paranoid. I had a potential alcohol of 11 %.
So am I going to have to split my liter + Fischers bottles of this with a friend if I want to make it too work in the morning or what?
