Does anybody here have any experience making sweet/semi-sweet cider from this area?
Any recommendations of where to source good juice (both taste and price)?
Any recipes or methods to share?
I just made my first batch from fresh juice sourced from Boa Vista, it was more expensive than I was expecting but seemed to have a good sweetness with a little bite. It isn't turning out as I expected (not spoiled or anything just not what I planned for ) but I am learning a lot for my next batch, would love to share experiences and information with other locals.
