So I totally had a success using wyeast french saison in my cider. I took ed worts apfelwein and pitched some washed yeast off of my saison brewed with 3711. To sum it up, nice mouthfeel with a little apple notes that blend very well with the yeast flavors. And only 2 weeks in I have zero alcohol/sulfur qualities I usually taste. Gonna drink this one still.
