Door County, WI AKA "Cherryland" There is a company up there called cherry de-lite. There are tons of cherry orchards up there as well.
I used a gallon of "tart Cherry Juice" http://www.glutenfreeislife.com/wp-c...0/05/006-6.jpg in a 5 gallon batch of cider, with 4 gallons store brand apple juice.
It was almost cherry. The next batch I want to make the same, then rack onto cherries for a week or two to pick up fresh cherry flavor.
just found out that my sister my have gotten sweetened cherry juice. It's the same as the unsweetened, just with extra sugar, I assume this will only affect the final ABV though.
What sugar has it been sweetened with, does it say?
I won't know for another week and a half
