So I'm wanting to do a Caramel Apple Cider for Halloween. I'm running a bit behind, I was planning on starting it a couple months back but didn't quite make it.
I was thinking of this recipe:
I plan on kegging this, so I would prefer to just stabilize and backsweeten.
Anyhow, my question is, if I make this within the next week or so, will it likely be ready for Halloween? I haven't done a cider before, but I seem to see mixed timeframes.
