Default can you brew Pasteurized

I bought 5 gallons and started the process not knowing there is a difference between pasteurized and un-pasteurized, is there anyway to save it or am I stuck with 5 gallons of apple cider?

Sure, that's fine. Pasteurized just means it was heated up to kill microorganisms. What you don't want is any cider with preservatives. Look at the label, and make sure it doesn't have sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate.
