Bucket Size

Does it matter how big the brew bucket is?

I.e. 17 L of juice in a 30 L brew bucket?

For the active primary fermentation = NO. For secondary fermentation and bulk aging you want 0 head space.

For the secondary should i use an airlock or leave it sealed?
