So I just made the brewers best ciders house select and I accidentally added flavoring in the beginning instead of after a week. Will this ruin my batch?

What flavoring did you add? I doubt that anything will be "ruined". The only thing that might happen is that any vigorous fermentation taking place may force out any volatile flavor molecules - which is why I am asking what you meant when you said you added "flavoring"...

It was apple flavoring that was to be added after a week but in the midst of brewing I was not paying attention and added it when I was adding the concentrate and yeast.
