so I've been making some great cider with this recipie I know it works and makes some of the best hard cider out there!!
1 gallon martinellis sparkling cider( non- perservitive)
1cup cane sugar
half cup hot water
1 packet quick rise yeast
use glass bottles only with air lock( balloon with a small went hole works) keep @75-80 degrees consustantly for 2weeks filter. pasturize and bottle!!
