Default Belgian Wyeast 1214 vs White Labs WLP028

I've got 4.5 gallons of various apple juices and 2 cans of concentrate. On hand in my brewery I have harvested Wyeast 1412 (belgian ale yeast) and WhiteLab WLP028 (scottish ale yeast). Planning to brew it tonight so I need an answer quick. Which one should I use? I'm pretty sure the answer is WLP028 as it's nice and clean.

What yeast too use?

How long till this is ready to drink? (3-4 months)

Schlante,
Phillip
