Apple Juice Question...
I was looking at some of the recipes on here, and noticed a lot of people mentioned using apple juice from the store. I went to the grocery store today, and looked at their apple juice selection. I found one that was 100% juice, with no preservatives, but it did list Ascorbic (SP?) Acid as an ingredient. It was listed as a vitamin C additive. Does anyone know if this would effect my cider in any way?
Thanks...

I just picked up a whole cart full of Farm Flavor brand apple juice at Shoprite... 99 cents per half gallon.
