Default Apfelwein with Undissolved Sugar, Now what?

Undissolved sugar in the carboy this morning. Yes.

I only had a short time to get this batch off the ground. With no dextrose on hand I used an organic white sugar from Trader Joe's. My father and I shook the hell out of the half filled bottles and in they went.

This morning I looked at the carboy and saw some sugar crystals floating around.

Anyone else?? I am planning on letting it go to the end then racking.

Thanks

I've never seen sugar crystals float in a liquid. They generally sink to the bottom. If they are sugar, I'm sure the yeast will find them and/or they'll dissolve in time. I'm thinking they might be little clumps of yeast or something maybe?

This sugar is that really big crystal organic kind. I think the fermentation was just starting so there was a little movement in the carboy stirring up the sugar.
