I bottled my batch of Apfelwein, but I noticed it isnt getting very carbonated. Do you have to add more sugar than usual, or wait a bit longer than normal? I put in the same sugar as I did for my fully carbonated beers but this one seems slightly disappointing..
I figured it wouldnt be good to wait until 100% clarity, but it's actually quite clear anyway..
Anyway, advice? I'm kind of a noob, this is my first batch and I'd really like to share it with people..
