Default Apfelvine better out of keg than bottle?

I've made 4 batches of apfelvine now, bottled the first 3, kegged one for a party last night. It was so much better. Crisp, more apply, whole 9 yards. I used the same amounts for all batches, just this one was force carbed. Thoughts? Is my new kegerator going to make everything better?

I humbly say yes! But for me it's because I don't have to guess as much at sugar content before bottling. Force carbonating makes it easier to tweak and carbonate and not wonder how dry it'll end up. Two thumbs up for force carbonating cider!!
