Default Anyone Tried this Method?

Found this link http://pickyourown.org/applejuice.htm

Has anyone tried this method to make your own juice and if so how did it turn out? Trying to make 10 gallons of cider for my wedding in May so the clock is ticking for me and 10 gallons of apple juice is a bit pricey when trying to do this on a budget!

I've done cider a few times but never tried this. I've had decent results from frozen concentrate. Pretty cheap. You could easy have a small test batch start to finish in a week to see if you like it.
