I was wondering/hoping someone had a good easy pear cider recipe?
I've never made one. I've read about people's stuff tho.
My guess would be make apple cider. Kill the fermentation. Back sweeten with pear juice.
I was thinking about just using pear juice with English cider yeast (white lab) use some kind of pear/apple concentrate let ferment for about 13 to 14 days in primary than move into secondary for about another 2 weeks.
