Default Another first timer.

OK. Picked and pressed about six gallons worth of apple juice this weekend. 2 half gallon glass jugs with about a teaspoon of dry lager yeast each and 5 gallons in a plastic carboy with a packet of champagne yeast. All three are bubbling nicely. I'm thinking I might have missed a few steps. Can I save this or should I be recruiting guinea pigs for tasters?

Well.... you could have added some sugar to up the ABV and dry it out more... Some nutrient would have helped, but not really needed.

It might work out for ya..
