I took another hydrometer reading list night. I'm around 1.011. Last week I was at 1.012. I'm not even sure if it really fell because .001 degrees is pretty tough to read on a floating hydrometer. I'm tempted to bottle. I'll give it another week though.

In any case it looks like this isn't going to ferment to dryness. No need to backsweeten, I guess.

I'm tempted to bottle with light carbonation and in champagne bottle just in case.

Any thoughts from cider vets?

Try stirring/degassing. I remember you saying you were still getting bubbles? A degassing will give you a clue as to if any NEW co2 is being produced. If no new co2, sounds done to me!
