Hopefully Ed can agree that this meets his Apfelwein recipe to a close degree. It's 14 gallons of Treetop Apple Cider and 6lbs of Dextrose Corn Sugar. I used 3 packets of Montrachet Yeast which was reconstituted and mixed 1 tbs of yeast energizer in with the must.

The final gravity as around 1.062





I can feel the wonderful headaches already

Actually it did foam a bit but I attached an airlock w/blowoff tube and all was good!
