Wine concentrate to make pyment?
Has anyone tried to add wine concentrate in the secondary to make pyment? Curious as to whether I should dilute or just add and ferment down.

What is "Wine Concentrate?" Never heard of this?
Are you talking about a "Cooking wine" that you can buy in the supermarket or Frozen grape juice concentrate or something totally different?
Thanks

He's probably referring to Alexanders canned wine concentrate.
