what do people think of this braggot?
I always wanted to try a braggot and I devised this very basic recipe for one and am wondering what people think about it and if it will go well. I dont really know what Im doing and thats why i need feedback.
This is just a 1 gallon batch to try it out
1lb clover honey
0.125 hallertau (60 minutes)
0.125 saaz (20 minutes)
pretty basic. I was also thinking about adding possibly cherries or cranberries in some fashion aswell, but right now its just this in my mind. lemme know if you think the fruit would be a good idea too
