Default vanilla/chocolate mead

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to the whole mead area but have read quite abit about it. I wanted to run this by all the experts before making a batch next week so I could get any feedback.

What I am going for is a vanilla mead with a slight undertaste of chocolate. (decided against going for a majority chocolate flavor because I didn't want to wait 2 years for the bitterness to smooth out.)

In primary:
15 lbs clover honey
5 bags earl grey tea
8 oz vanilla extract
lavlin k1v
energizer and nutrients

In secondary:
add in 4oz of cocoa extract.

Any help and input would be greatly appreciated.
