Default Using mead slurry to start somthing like skeeter

I did this and primary is crazy long compared to first couple times I started with a hibiscus slurry.

Is it a bad idea to use mead slurry. (just honey and water rack at a month.)

What was your mead yeast? What was the final abv? The yeast may be stressed.

Yeeep, I would avoid it especially with something like a skeeter pee which is extremely stressful on yeast. The yeast might already be stressd from fermenting honey.
