Default Topping Up

Racked my 1st mead, it's a Cyer
What can I use to top up, More Apple juice?
SG @ time of racking was .994
If I add more Apple Juice this will re-start the Yeast wont it

Topping off with apple juice is a good idea. Fermentation may restart, but should be minimal since you are only adding a small amount of apple juice.

Or you can stabilise it with sulphite and sorbate, then make a topping up syrup with apple juice and honey, for topping up as well as back sweetening......
