Default terminology and procedure question - braggot

If i wanted to create a "wheat mead" that is technically called a braggot correct?

from what i read i don't think i want to use hops

what's the process for doing wheat? do you have to steep it? for how long?

also does anyone have any links to 1 gallon reciepes for such?
