Default Terminology and preservatives.

I have a quick couple of questions
1. When I rack my must off the first time, is the result the primary or secondary.

2. I am getting ready to add blueberries but it doesn't say anything about no perservatives, however it doesn't say anything about preservatives at all. If the package only lists blueberries and nothing else as the contents, does that mean it is preservative free or does the package have to secifically say preservative free.

Thanks,
Rogue

Default

1) that is your secondary vessel once you rack off the lees for the first time.

2) all ingredients must be listed on the package if the package is sold for individual sales so if the ingredients only list blueberries then that should be it.
